The Yonge North York BIA is excited to launch its inaugural signature event, Enchanted Lights: A Celebration of Cultures starting this Saturday, February 10th.  This is a FREE four week event of light display (Monday to Sunday, 5 to 10 p.m.) and Cultural Programming (scheduled every Saturday evening) at Mel Lastman Square.
