The Willowdale Central Ratepayer’s Association (WCRA) and Toronto All Star Big Band are looking to bring back the beloved, and widely popular Sunday Serenades. This long standing summer program had been delivered by the City of Toronto for over two decades, up to 2017. We are excited to be bringing this event back for two dates in July. Save the date and bring your dancing shoes for this one!
